Key Responsibilities:

1. Design:

• Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and more.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the company's visual identity.

2. Development:

• Support the development team in coding, testing, and debugging web applications and digital solutions.
• Learn about responsive design principles and ensure compatibility across different devices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for website and application enhancements.

3. Digital Marketing:

• Aid in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Assist in content creation, including writing engaging copy and optimizing content for search engines (SEO).
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics.

4. Collaborative Projects:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to projects that integrate design, development, and marketing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and propose creative solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in design, development, and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to projects.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics is a plus.
