POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an SEO Expert at Cynosure Designs, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' websites to enhance their online visibility and drive organic traffic. You will be responsible for both onsite and offsite SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable target keywords.
- Onsite Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for improved SEO performance.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO objectives.
- Link Building: Implement effective offsite SEO strategies, including link building, guest posting, and backlink analysis.
- Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to improve site speed and user experience.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and perform competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, developers, and other departments to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
- Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in onsite and offsite SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
