POSITION OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a creative, data-driven intern who understands organic algorithms, knows how to build a content calendar from audience personas, and can map content to a sales funnel — not just fill a posting schedule.
You will be part of a dynamic team of forward-thinking individuals who deliver high-end digital solutions across multiple industries, including luxury brands, across the UK and Dubai markets. The right candidate will gain real campaign exposure and mentorship from a senior team.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow organic reach across Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok
- Build audience personas and map content to the AIDA funnel
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned to campaigns
- Write captions, hooks & CTAs that stop the scroll
- Report on performance and iterate fast
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Solid grasp of how organic algorithms reward content
- Experience (or strong understanding) of content calendars
- Great writing — clear, punchy, on-brand
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Hootsuite)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with AIDA funnel framework
- Knowledge of UK/Dubai social media trends is a plus
